Understanding our agreement

Welcome to Porches Unlimited! To ensure a smooth and successful decorating experience, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to create clear expectations for our services in Jefferson City, Missouri, whether you're decorating for holidays, seasons, or everyday charm.

By purchasing a showcase you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Porches Unlimited and its personnel are not responsible for any damages or injuries caused after delivery and set up. We are not responsible for damage to property or items after delivery. We will not be held liable for any injuries caused by any items or decor provided by porches unlimited. To avoid injury or damage to items we ask that the client does not try to move or help set up decor during delivery. 
If the client requests more decor than what is provided they agree to pay the cost of any additional items provided as well as a $50/hr service charge. Client will be given a final invoice of any unpaid charges at the final delivery that must be paid no later than 30 days from the final delivery date.
